1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "ace123" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming services operated under the domain ace123.pro, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and support channels.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a player account on ace123.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player on ace123.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet volume a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, sports betting markets, payment processing features, customer support, and any other facilities made available by ace123.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of ace123 is not permitted under the Platform's operational policies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on ace123, you unconditionally accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and ace123.

ace123 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on ace123, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ace123 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players aged under 21 are prohibited from registering or playing under any circumstances.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or a citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account on ace123 suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close family member of a person employed by ace123 or any of its associated entities.
• Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment only, and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. ace123 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment method details, or device identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ace123 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit all associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs within your Account while using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised the activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ace123 support immediately.

ace123 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects that the Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes, or if the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ace123 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount, maximum deposit amount, and processing times for each payment method are published in the Payments section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account that does not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. ace123 reserves the right to void any transactions and freeze any Account where a third-party deposit is identified.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. ace123 may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You must have fully satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements before real-money funds become eligible for withdrawal. ace123 reserves the right to apply a review period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal requests that trigger fraud or anti-money-laundering screening procedures.

ace123 does not charge Players a fee for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, over which ace123 has no control. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable rate at the time of the transaction will be applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ace123 may offer promotional bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play only. Any Player found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or matched betting using bonus funds — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be held separately in your Account wallet. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, real-money funds will be used before bonus funds in any wagering activity.
• ace123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players who have opted into a promotion in good faith.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the ace123 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning procedures conducted by trained dealers under studio conditions. The technical output of each game is the final and definitive result. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any stakes placed during that round will be returned to the Player's Account.

Players are expected to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account termination, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, table, or betting event.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform software. Any Player who identifies a technical error must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it. Winnings derived from exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Using any form of advantage play, including card counting in live blackjack, in a manner deemed by ace123 to constitute systematic exploitation of the Platform.
• Placing bets designed to circumvent or reduce the effect of Wagering Requirements without genuine recreational intent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace123 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio and video files, page layouts, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of ace123 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written permission of ace123.

Game titles, studio branding, and software interfaces provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other third-party providers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. ace123 holds the necessary licences to make these games available on the Platform.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

ace123 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, and circumstances beyond ace123's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform. ace123 will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.

The total aggregate liability of ace123 to any individual Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by ace123's direct acts.

12. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the fair play requirements set out in Section 7, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace123 Platform:

• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal offence under applicable law.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activity.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ace123 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ace123 support. Upon voluntary closure, any available real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all Wagering Requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding verification is pending.

ace123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account without prior notice if you have breached any provision of these Terms, if we have reasonable grounds to believe fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred, or if continued operation of your Account creates a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform. In cases of termination for cause, ace123 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding your Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of the Platform's service, you should contact the ace123 support team in the first instance. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within five (5) business days. For complex matters that require escalation, the resolution period may be extended, and you will be kept informed of progress.

All disputes that cannot be resolved through the direct support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the matter in dispute. ace123 will review the matter and provide a final written determination. The determination of ace123 on all matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, except where overturned by a competent court of law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and the entire relationship between you and ace123 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which ace123 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ace123 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

No failure or delay by ace123 in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach.
